Sebagai salah satu wujudnya, pada 13 Oktober 2023 BRI meresmikan Gedung Contact BRI yang terletak di Jalan Hasanuddin, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan. Gedung ini menjadi garda terdepan dari BRI untuk melayani pengaduan nasabah.
Terkait dengan hal tersebut, Wakil Direktur Utama BRI Catur Budi Harto berharap jajaran Contact BRI dapat menunjukkan performa terbaiknya dengan terus berkomitmen dalam memberikan customer experience yang prima.
“Dengan menanamkan rasa empati terhadap nasabah, upaya penyelesaian permasalahan yang dialami oleh nasabah dapat dilakukan dengan lebih tajam. Agen Contact BRI diharapkan mampu memberikan pelayanan secara cepat, precise dan excellent,” ucap Catur.
Sebagai informasi, Gedung Contact BRI sebelumnya merupakan Gedung Kantor Cabang BRI Kebayoran Baru yang telah dilakukan proses renovasi setelah kick off pada Oktober 2022 lalu. Gedung ini terdiri dari 5 lantai yang memiliki luas bangunan sebesar 2.068 meter persegi dan dipergunakan untuk kegiatan operasional dalam 24 jam 7 hari.
Penamaan dan nuansa ruang kerja setiap lantai di Gedung ini mengacu pada konsep customer centricity mulai dari Emphaty, Fast, Precise, dan Excellent. Direktur Jaringan dan Layanan BRI Andrijanto mengatakan bahwa penguatan jajaran contact center ini bertujuan untuk memberikan support pada bisnis BRI, utamanya dalam peningkatan CASA dan transaksi menggunakan jaringan BRI seperti aplikasi BRImo, EDC BRI, QRIS BRI, ATM/CRM BRI.
Andrijanto menambahkan pentingnya pengembangan teknologi. BRI terus memberikan kemudahan bagi nasabah melalui Pusat Bantuan dan Layanan Contact BRI Bebas Pulsa pada aplikasi BRImo serta Virtual Assistant Chatbot Sabrina.
